The recent remodeling work done to our Prairie du Chien office was completed on schedule with great pride and expertise. Our district contracted with R.J. Sullivan, Inc to design/build a small addition to our high school over the summer and fall of 1999. This addition was only 3,200 square feet, and consisted of a large classroom, a distance learning lab, and a technology lab.

We selected R.J. Sullivan, Inc based on an interview with Mr. Rick Sullivan and Mr. Dan Baldridge as well as a strong recommendation from the Melrose-Mindoro Schools. We were concerned that such a small project might come in at a high price and a low priority with potential builders.

Our trust in R.J. Sullivan Inc. was well-founded. Everyone involved with this company worked very hard to insure our project was completed in a timely manner. We were pleased with all or the aspects of the project from the quality of the design as well as the design process, all the way through the construction. Any concerns on our part were immediately addressed, and communications throughout the process were excellent. It is my feeling that our interests were the top priority of R.J. Sullivan, Inc.

I would highly recommend the professionals at R.J. Sullivan for any building project your school or business may be considering. Their ability to blend quality, price, and design sets them apart from much of their competition.

I am writing this letter of recommendation on behalf of R.J. Sullivan, Inc. I have been directly involved with this firm on numerous projects at the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse over the past 20 years.

These projects have ranged in scope from minor to major remodeling and/or new construction. Projects have been completed with quality workmanship and within both schedule and budget. We have experienced the utmost in cooperation with work being performed within university schedules and construction constraints, with an emphasis on a not to interfere basis with on-going activities. From the beginning of a project to its end, the project representatives from R.J. Sullivan, Inc. have been most helpful and instrumental in the identification and resolution of potential remodeling/construction problems to minimize schedule and cost impacts. During remodeling, they have been exceptionally responsive to the needs of the building occupants and users. Without reservation, I heartily endorse this firm.

This is in reference to an addition to our building that was constructed by R.J. Sullivan, Inc. Our number one goal at State Bank of La Crosse is to serve our customers with excellent quality services, and we require a facility that accommodates our customers and goes along with this goal. The work done here by R.J Sullivan, Inc is consistent this goal as well.

We were provided with a competent and cooperative project manager who, in turn, employed an experienced crow to complete the addition. We are very happy with the overall design and craftsmanship, as well. We would highly recommend R.J. Sullivan, Inc. as your next contractor.

The R.J. Sullivan, Inc. construction company have bid and successfully completed several construction projects for the School District of La Crosse in the 5-1/2 YEARS THAT I'VE BEEN ASSOCIATED WITH THE District. These projects have ranged in size from minor projects up to large bids aproaching $400,000. This Company is presently remodeling several of our schools as part of this Summer's Capital Improvements projects and also was issued several time and material purchase orders for addition summer construction projects. I have great confidence in their ability to coordinate construction activities with our building administrators, to get work done on schedule, meeting budget and construction standards expected by our district and have always enjoyed working with them. I can attest to the excellence of their construction and project administration proficiency and highly recommend the firm of R.J Sullivan.

From the first day that R.J. Sullivan took my sketches I was impressed with their ability to do their job. R.J. Sullivan took those sketches, drew up working plans and constructed a turnkey office for me that has stood the test of time. During the construction phase, I regularly heard comments from people within the community regarding how well my new building was coming together.

I was most impressed by the fact that form start to finish the dental office, I have many specific requirements. R.J.Sullivan was more than able to accommodate my special needs. Due to changes in my practice I have remodeled twice, and R.J Sullivan has done an outstanding job of tuning my office. If I need to build again, R.J Sullivan will be my construction company of choice.

To Whom It May Concern:
We have worked with the R.J. Sullivan firm on two projects in the past 10 years. The first being the Mindoro Elementary building project and the second project, and most extensive, included a vocational/bus garage facility, classroom additions, media center, office addition, gymnasium complex and commons. The people at R.J. Sullivan's have been excellent to work with, from the office staff all the way to the job foreman. The quality of work is first rate; shortcuts and shoddy work are not acceptable.

By going with the Design Build Program we not only saved a lot of money, but we were able to put together the floor plans that best met our needs. We have had numerous compliments on our facilities from people in our district as well as other districts and the prevailing comment is that "got a lot for the money we spent."

The last comment I would like to make is that because they are local, they are quick to respond and correct any problems that come up. Overall, we are very pleased with all of the projects completed by R.J. Sullivan.u
